North Vancouver is my home, my neighbourhood … my turf … and I know it well. In fact, I’m a lifelong area resident. I’ve always loved the skiing, golfing, hiking, or simply the overall ambience that emanates from such a wonderful blending of mountain and ocean. It’s my world - and the primary location of my Real Estate business.

I’ve been a full time Realtor since 1989 – a 25 plus year time frame that has served as a valued platform for observing area trends and the impact of varying economic climates on real estate values. I’ve experienced family dynamics while on the move (up-sizing and down-sizing), dealt with the all of the issues surrounding our ever growing city and pursued continuing education to better develop and refine my approach to advising you in the buying and selling of residential real-estate.

However, while the degree of experience and education are important considerations in the Realtor evaluation process, I feel that a solid reputation trumps all. This doesn’t occur overnight, of course, and in the past 25+ years I have dedicated myself to consistency in my approach using strong business ethics and a commitment to excellence as guiding principles.
